GM frens, we are super excited to announce a bunch of new features that we released, and I would like to break each of them down in finer-detail. Every single feature was focused on user feedback and requests so let’s dive in:

Offers(Offered for all collections on 2/18)
BALLLLERZZZZ!! We heard you and we’re launching offers for collections trading in USD. The Ballerz and Sneakerz collections are the first collections on Gaia to have this feature. Afterwards we will be rolling out this feature to all additional collections. Furthermore this is a really exciting feature because we are the only marketplace outside of NBA Topshot that is currently offering this feature!
Let’s dig into the feature some more, shall we?
When you click into any Baller or Sneaker on Gaia you will now see “Make Offer”. Place offers on as many items as you desire but please note, users will need to have a Dapper balance that covers the offer, and if your balance drops below the amount of the offer you’ve made, the offers will automatically be canceled.
Edit Listings
Users will now be able to edit an offer they’ve placed or change the asking price for an item they have listed for sale.
In-app notifications
Users will now have in-app notifications for the following events
- When a user receives an offer
- When an offer made is accepted
- When an item a user listed is sold
- When active listings have expired or are canceled due to lack of funds
- When a user favorited item and is listed for sale
These notifications will be housed in the notification center and you will be notified by a red circle indicator.
Dark Mode
Time to put the sunglasses away, dark mode is finally here! You will be able to find this cool feature on the top navigation bar near your profile avatar and on mobile it will be located in the drop down menu.
